We Have A Very Simple Process For Making Apps
What if the app scope keeps expanding? What if app goes over original budget plan? What if project deadlines are not met?
The Scope Document
What is the Scope Document?
The Scope Document is a detailed document that covers all your requirements. Most companies write this very technically so it becomes useless and not understandable for clients. We design it in super simple wordings and to the point. So that you can understand it as well.
Who will provide the Scope Document?
When you do a Discovery call with our team. We work with you to design the Scope Document. An authorised person from your team signs the Scope Document.
Easier Project Deadlines
The Scope Document makes it easier to set deadlines. “No Changes” in the Scope Document helps the development team stay close to track.
We set Smaller Deadlines to track the project status. This makes it easier to catch slow development or missed deadlines in the process.
If there is a justifiable reason for the delay, we revaluate the deadlines and share them with you. If there is not a justifiable reason, we try our very best to compensate for the delay.
App Scope Is Locked
Scope Documents prevents the project scope from expanding endlessly. "No Changes" means its locked until its delivered.
So the scope only expands out of scope during the discovery call.
When designing the Scope Document, we guide you where development seems unnecessary. How to minimise the time to getting version 1 running in your business.
We promote only building the features that are absolutely necessary at the time. So that you can get to crucial results faster, helping you move faster in business. This is way of implementing the 80/20 principal in software development.
App Development Doesn't Go Over Budget
After you sign the scope document, we quote the project development charges.
We do not work on a 2nd Scope Document before delivering the 1st Scope Developments.
If you wish to make changes in the 1st Scope Document before completion. The Project Manager hops on a call with you to discuss the changes. We quote the new development charges. Any differences in the payment already are also transferred to you, or vice-verse, depending on the situation.
So the price is fixed, before we write the first line of code. So you can rest assured that there are no surprises. What’s fixed is fixed.
